Four engineers, six regions, no sales team
We built this because the tool we were paying for woke us up eleven times in a month and was silent for the one outage that mattered.
Dithy has been running since 2019. Four engineers, six checking regions, about nineteen thousand monitors, and no sales team — the contact form goes to the same inbox as support.
Our own uptime last year was 99.98 per cent. The missing 0.02 is two incidents: a certificate we let expire in March and a bad deploy in September that took the alerting path down for nineteen minutes. Both are written up in full, with timelines, in the incidents log. A monitoring company that hides its own outages is selling something other than monitoring.
We do not charge per seat, we do not have an enterprise tier that unlocks features rather than volume, and there is no annual commitment. Monthly, per monitor, cancel in the dashboard.

What teams say
Read all the reviewsForty alerts a week became three a month and all three were real.
They publish their own post-mortems. Our last vendor showed green during an outage.
Free tier for two years, nothing removed when I finally paid.
Detection is eleven seconds, not four. They explain why and I agree with it.
Point it at one endpoint and see what happens tonight
